Inspiration post: Alice in Wonderland~♡

Hello cuties~♡

How are you all doing? Recently I've been quite busy again due to school. This is my exam year (hard to explain how the Dutch school system works... but I guess exam years are busy anywhere, so I won't bother you with an explanation) so I have lots of things to do, but I still don't want to neglect my blog! So for today I'm going to talk about one of my favourite things: Alice in Wonderland! Ever since I've read the novel I fell in love with the story. Though I have to admit I haven't seen any of the movies yet... >w< I think Alice in Wonderland is great to take inspiration from, especially for Lolita fashion. Lots of lolita fashion brands have already made some sort of Alice print, or have even collaborated with Disney! I'll show you some of my favourite Alice in Wonderland-themed Lolita items, enjoy~!

Personally I'd love to make an Alice in Wonderland-themed Lolita coord someday. Do you like Alice in Wonderland in Lolita fashion? Also please check out my Drink Me bottles DIY post if you haven't already!

Paris Kid's haul + small review

Hello cuties~!

Recently I've ordered some stuff from Paris Kid's. Paris Kid's is a retailer located in Japan which sells lots of cute and trendy jewellery and accessories. Their accessories are suitable for a wide range of styles. I really wanted a pair of pompom earrings, and as the shop had them for sale, I decided to give it a shot and order several pairs. As they were very cheap, I decided to buy four pairs, each in a different colour. I also bought another pair of earrings, as they were very cute (and cheap!) as well. A big pro from Paris Kid's is the fact they ship worldwide and accept paypal! ♥

The ordering process went very smooth and luckily, everything arrived safely. The pompom earrings are good quality and are easy to wear, as they aren't heavy at all. They definitely meet my expectations. Here are some pictures~

These earrings are very cute and good quality as well. Very subtle yet a nice touch for an outfit.

And I even got a freebie! How kind of them♥

Overall I'm really happy with my order. I'll definitely order from Paris Kid's again! Hopefully I can make lots of cute coords with my new accessories♥
Do you like wearing earrings?
Thanks a lot for reading and see you soon!

DIY Project: Alice in Wonderland Drink Me bottles

Hello cuties~!

Today I want to show you one of my recent DIY projects: Alice in Wonderland's 'Drink Me' bottles. I'm a huge fan of Alice in Wonderland and after seeing Naominikola's Galaxy Jars tutorial, I decided to make my own version. Please check out Naominikola's tutorial if you'd like to make your own~!

To make the bottles Alice in Wonderland themed, I attached a tag with 'Drink Me' on them. It's super easy to make and lots of fun to do! You can make them exactly the way you want by using the colours you like and adding as much glitter as you please. I've made two bottles; a pastel coloured one and a darker coloured one.

I added lots of glitter and stars~

The blue colour turned out a bit brighter than expected, but I really like it!

Unfortunately the colour didn't last forever, they have both now completely changed into a blue-ish colour. (Maybe it's just bad food colouring I've used? ) But it isn't a big deal as they still are very pretty. Maybe I'll make some more in the future as it's a lot of fun to do♥

I hope you enjoyed this post and feel inspired to make your own!
Thanks a lot for reading and see you soon!
